Theme - Uncharted
Alright, so we need a new theme...
I feel like doing some fan art this month; so I'm going to pick the theme of Uncharted. Uncharted 3 is a game that came out a this month, so with that game on some peoples minds maybe they would be interested in seeing some art about it. Either way, I think it will be fun.
For those who don't know much about the game, the main character, Drake, is a rather carefree treasure hunter who tends to get himself in over his head in some crazy gun slinging adventures. Kind of an Indiana Jones figure. Google Uncharted and you'll get plenty of info...

Anyone still out there?
Well, I still have a few pieces that i'm still working on. This one is from the 'Brains, Brawn and Beauty' theme we did a while ago. I really liked the characters from this and hope to do more with them later too.

A kind of quick drawing of Anton... The sketch and inking went rather fast, but then when i started coloring i ended up spending a long time tweaking and expiriementing... I started wasting even more time making a background and color grading it, but it was all getting to be too much for such a quick little drawing. So here it is without a background. Sorry but I've got to move on! time for some work and then maybe I'll have time for another "quick" drawing!

Alright, well we are a little ways into this month already but just the same here is the theme for the month on March...
No Country for Old Men.
That's it, draw a character from the film. Yes it's a bit of a departure from the typical character description but it might be a fun change of pace for this round.
